Associate People Partner – HR Operations

About the role

The Associate – People Partner will support the delivery of key HR initiatives and processes across the Transform Chalhoub Program and Group Management functions, including Communications, Sustainability, Internal Audit and the Family Office. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, the role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, engagement, workforce governance and organizational activities while fostering a collaborative, purpose‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning, manage PO codes, requisitions and liaise with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers.
• Draft, review and maintain job descriptions, collaborate on job evaluations to ensure fair career levels and reward positioning.
• Manage internal HR operational processes such as transfers, promotions, confirmations and organizational updates through HR systems.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives through internal communications, leadership messaging and engagement action plans.
• Facilitate collaboration across the Transform Chalhoub Program ecosystem, supporting Super Users, business stakeholders and external consultants.
• Assist with budget and workforce governance, including headcount tracking, budget analysis and coordination of service agreement follow‑ups.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, people reports and internal communications for leadership discussions and workforce planning.
• Deliver people initiatives, change management activities, onboarding experiences and upskilling sessions to strengthen team capability.
