Associate - Private Equity

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading investment platform focused on private equity transactions across Europe and the United States. The role provides full‑cycle exposure within a high‑performing, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of private equity investments across Europe and the United States.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling and due diligence on potential opportunities.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees.
• Work closely with senior team members on deal origination, structuring and execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist with ongoing asset‑management initiatives.
• Liaise with external advisors, including banks, consultants and legal counsel.
• Contribute to market research and thematic analysis to identify new investment opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in investment banking (bulge‑bracket) or private equity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; top‑tier institution preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working on M&A transactions or private‑equity deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Exposure to cross‑border transactions in Europe and/or the US is highly desirable.
