Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality postgraduate teaching aligned with academic standards.
• Design, develop and continuously enhance curriculum, assessment and learning materials.
• Maintain an active, sustainable research profile and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Integrate research into teaching and supervise postgraduate research projects.
• Engage with industry, government and professional bodies to support knowledge transfer and enhance student employability.
• Contribute to academic governance, accreditation processes and continuous programme improvement.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent terminal degree in Business and Finance.
• Strong demonstrated research track record.
• Experience delivering postgraduate teaching in the United Arab Emirates.
• Eligibility to reside in the UAE and attested academic qualifications recognised by UAE authorities.
