Associate Relationship Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager will develop and grow the business with banks and financial institutions in the Dubai market, ensuring compliance and high integrity. You will act as the first line of defense, managing client onboarding and ongoing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, including banks and financial institutions.
• Collect and upload full KYC documentation, monitor KYC reviews and ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
• Update the CRM tool with client information, business opportunities, and risk alerts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cross‑sell products and achieve financial targets.
• Support the client onboarding process from initial contact to account activation, coordinating with compliance, credit and middle‑office teams.
• Manage escalated customer queries and provide timely solutions.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in securities or banking, preferably in a custodian bank or securities house.
• Bachelor’s degree; experience in securities services, treasury or capital markets is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT compliance and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent presentation, communication and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French a plus.
