Associate Tax & Solutions Structuring Counsel

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Tax & Solutions Structuring Counsel to support our sales consultants and product teams in delivering multi‑jurisdictional, tax‑efficient wealth planning solutions for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to sales consultants in designing multi‑jurisdictional tax‑efficient solutions.
• Assist the Marketing & Products team in developing holistic solution structures and product concept materials.
• Support sales consultants during pitches, client meetings and presentations.
• Deliver in‑depth training to new hires and ongoing updates to staff on tax law changes and wealth‑planning opportunities.
• Engage consultants regularly to share best practices and promote knowledge exchange.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax or law.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a trust company, private bank, tax advisory or legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of tax and wealth planning.
• Energetic, organized, intellectually curious self‑starter able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly analytical, creative and attentive to detail.
