Associate - Unsecured Policy

About the role

This is a full‑time Associate position in the Unsecured Policy team, based in Sharjah. It is aimed exclusively at fresh UAE national graduates and focuses on supporting the retail credit policy function and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Post‑Approval Reviews in line with approved processes and ensure compliance with local and internal regulations.
• Review Daily Disaster Reports, flagging any regulatory breaches and updating policy documentation.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of all policy changes and ensure clear communication with relevant units.
• Analyze MIS data to monitor portfolio quality, risk exposure and the impact of policy adjustments.
• Coordinate with the IT team to develop policy parameters and automate data reporting.
• Perform collection reviews for delinquent accounts and assist in portfolio performance analysis.

Required profile

• Fresh UAE national graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• Internship experience (banking sector not mandatory) demonstrating basic exposure to credit or policy functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document credit policy decisions clearly.
• Basic understanding of portfolio mix, expatriate vs UAE customers, and performance metrics.
