Associate Vendor Manager, Retail Vendor Recruitment

About the role

Amazon Alliance is expanding its retail business in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The Associate Vendor Manager will be based in Dubai and will drive the recruitment, onboarding and integration of new vendors onto Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and reach out to potential vendors through cold‑calling, trade fairs and commercial events.
• Assess vendor suitability, present the benefits of partnering with Amazon and act as a business consultant.
• Lead vendors through the onboarding process, including catalogue data integration and first‑unit shipment.
• Train vendors on Amazon’s internal tools and act as the primary point of contact during the initial launch phase.
• Collaborate with retail teams to ensure the selected product portfolio meets customer expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in vendor management, sales or retail procurement.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business growth.
