Associate Vice President – CASA & Deposits Product Manager

About the role

At RAKBANK, the Associate Vice President – CASA & Deposits Product Manager will lead the growth and management of the Retail Liabilities portfolio, covering Current Account Savings Accounts (CASA), Fixed Deposits and Everyday Banking products. The role focuses on driving portfolio performance through data‑driven insights, customer engagement and targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support growth and management of CASA, Fixed Deposits and Everyday Banking products to meet business objectives.
• Drive customer lifecycle engagement, identify cross‑sell opportunities and increase product penetration.
• Monitor portfolio performance against metrics such as balances, acquisition, activation, attrition and profitability.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards and business insights for senior management.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover customer trends, growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting and business planning for sustainable portfolio growth.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, change requests and customer communications.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Perform pricing and competitor analysis, market benchmarking and industry trend monitoring.
• Develop business cases and evaluate commercial viability of new initiatives and promotions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in portfolio or product management within the banking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
