Associate Vice President, Cash Management Implementation Manager

About the role

The Associate Vice President, Cash Management Implementation Manager will own the end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle for corporate online banking, host‑to‑host, liquidity, wallet and payment solutions for WBG and BBG clients. The role bridges sales, product, technology and operations to deliver revenue‑generating cash‑management services on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Convert mandates from Cash Management Sales into live, revenue‑generating solutions within agreed timelines.
• Lead technical integration with client ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) using ISO 20022, XML, MT and SWIFT FileAct/SCORE formats.
• Deliver wallet and stored‑value implementations covering onboarding, API integration, funding, settlement and reconciliation.
• Act as single point of contact for clients, coverage, product, technology, operations and vendors throughout the implementation phase.
• Run client workshops, connectivity testing, UAT and training, and ensure documented handover to the Customer Service Unit.
• Provide portfolio visibility through MIS dashboards, leveraging AI tools for automated reporting and predictive insights.
• Coordinate post‑go‑live production issue resolution with Technology, driving root‑cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring consistent delivery standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance or related field; certifications such as CertICM, PMP/Agile, SWIFT or ISO 20022 preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in transaction banking with at least 4 years in cash‑management implementation or client integration.
• Proven experience delivering online banking, host‑to‑host, liquidity and wallet/digital payment implementations for corporate clients, preferably in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholder groups.
