Associate Vice President – Liability Portfolio Manager

About the role

Senna is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead the Liability Portfolio Management function for its Retail Liabilities business. The role will drive growth and operational excellence across CASA, Fixed Deposits and Everyday Banking products in the Dubai market.

Key responsibilities

• Support growth and management of the Retail Liabilities portfolio, monitoring balances, acquisition, activation, attrition and profitability.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards and business insights for senior management.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover customer trends, growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Assist with portfolio forecasting, budgeting and strategic business planning.
• Contribute to product development, launch coordination, pricing updates and customer communication initiatives.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Analyse customer segments to design targeted propositions, campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Perform pricing and competitor analysis, market benchmarking and trend monitoring.
• Develop business cases and evaluate commercial viability of new initiatives.
• Support regulatory compliance, approval papers and policy documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, data analytics or portfolio governance within the banking sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
