Associate/Senior Associate – Real Estate Investments

About the role

This is an opportunity to join a leading institutional real estate investment and development platform focused on high‑quality opportunities across the GCC. The role will be central to investment underwriting, development feasibility and financial modelling for residential and hospitality assets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute real estate acquisition and development opportunities across the GCC.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for residential, hospitality and mixed‑use projects.
• Conduct underwriting, feasibility studies and development appraisals for greenfield and brownfield assets.
• Analyse project economics, financing structures and expected investment returns.
• Support financial and commercial due‑diligence processes for prospective investments.
• Prepare investment committee papers, presentations and transaction documentation.
• Monitor market activity, macro‑economic trends and sector developments.
• Collaborate with investment, development and asset‑management teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Liaise with external advisors, consultants, lenders and operating partners.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in real estate investment banking, private equity, consulting, development or a principal investment platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise within the real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record analysing acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, deal‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• GCC real‑estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
