About the role
The Athletics / Track & Field Specialist Coach will lead high‑quality technical delivery across all programme levels, from Mini Athletics to the Performance Pathway, combining hands‑on coaching with curriculum design and programme leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and continuously refine a detailed coaching curriculum for athletes of all performance levels.
- Manage the athletics programme’s operations, focusing on technical growth and performance planning.
- Provide specialised technical coaching to athletes at fundamental, development and elite stages.
- Participate actively in the Technical Athletics Committee to shape strategy and best practices.
- Identify and attend CPD workshops and seminars to enhance coaching quality.
Required profile
- Recognised athletics coaching qualification (e.g., England Athletics Level 1+, World Athletics Level 1/2, UAE Athletics Federation licence).
- Proven experience in coaching and athlete development.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for athlete management.
- Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
