Audit & Accounting Supervisor

About the role

An energetic, proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong practical knowledge of auditing and accounting is sought for a hands-on junior/mid-level Audit & Accounting Supervisor position in Dubai, UAE. The role covers managing client relationships, supervising accounting and audit teams, reviewing service delivery and ensuring timely completion of accounting and compliance assignments. It is not a senior management or audit manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Handle audit assignments, accounting supervision and financial report preparation
• Manage client accounts and review the quality of the team's work
• Handle VAT filing, Corporate Tax compliance and UAE e-invoicing requirements
• Guide clients on accounting and regulatory compliance while ensuring timely service delivery
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting, audit and tax deliverables, and compliance with filing deadlines and documentation requirements
• Supervise the team effectively and resolve client queries
• Maintain client satisfaction, retention and consistent service quality

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of audit experience
• CA Intermediate qualification preferred
• Excellent communication, client-handling and coordination skills
• Energetic, efficient and able to manage multiple assignments
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred/required for client visits
