Auto Quality Controller

About the role

The Quality Controller in the Service Department ensures that every vehicle leaving the workshop meets manufacturer standards and internal quality benchmarks. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high customer satisfaction for collision‑repair and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic road tests on completed vehicles, verify that all customer complaints are resolved, and attach a completed checklist to the job file.
• Maintain a daily throughput of 20‑25 vehicles while complying with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform final inspections covering exterior/interior condition, fluid levels, lighting, dashboard indicators, infotainment systems, tire pressure and overall cleanliness.
• Collaborate with technicians to report defects, verify corrections, and ensure vehicles are defect‑free before delivery.
• Complete inspection reports, update internal tracking systems, flag critical issues to the workshop manager, and keep documentation for audit purposes.
• Report any customer valuables found inside the vehicle to service advisors or team leaders immediately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive inspection, testing, or technician roles.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and basic diagnostics.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
