Automobile Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Automobile Sales Representative to join our growing automotive sales team in the UAE. The role is central to driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening our brand presence in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential customers through inbound leads, walk‑ins, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct in‑depth product demonstrations and presentations of new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, financing options, and after‑sales services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and follow‑ups using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure seamless onboarding and post‑sale support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle launches.
• Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and dealership promotions.
• Provide timely feedback on customer preferences and market demands.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative in the automotive industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of automobile specifications, performance metrics, and market positioning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques, customer retention, and closing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
