Automotive Parts Procurement Officer – Classic Cars

About the role

The Automotive Parts Procurement Officer will support a prestigious luxury classic‑car studio by managing the full procurement cycle for parts, tools, and workshop materials. The role ensures that high‑quality, authentic components are available on time to keep restoration and customization projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement of automotive parts, tools, equipment and services.
• Source, evaluate and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers of classic‑car components.
• Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate terms and secure cost‑effective agreements.
• Verify that purchased items meet quality, authenticity and specification requirements.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to understand material needs and delivery timelines.
• Research and source rare or discontinued classic‑car parts.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and enhance supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience with luxury vehicles, classic cars or restoration projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, spare parts and workshop materials.
