Automotive Parts Procurement Officer for Classic Cars

About the role

The Automotive Parts Procurement Officer will support a prestigious luxury classic car studio by managing the sourcing, purchasing and supplier coordination of automotive parts, restoration materials and workshop equipment. This full‑time, onsite role ensures that high‑quality components are available on time to keep restoration and customization projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for automotive parts, tools, equipment and services.
• Source, evaluate and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers of classic and luxury vehicle components.
• Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate terms and secure cost‑effective purchasing agreements.
• Verify that purchased items meet quality, authenticity, specification and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with workshop teams and management to understand material needs.
• Research and secure rare or discontinued classic car parts.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Identify process improvements, cost‑saving opportunities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience with luxury vehicles, classic cars or restoration projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, spare parts, tools and workshop materials.
• Proven track record in supplier sourcing and negotiation.
