Automotive Parts Procurement Officer

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking an Automotive Parts Procurement Officer for a prestigious luxury classic auto studio. The role involves managing end‑to‑end procurement of automotive parts, restoration materials, and workshop supplies to support restoration, maintenance, and customization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for parts, tools, equipment, materials and services.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers for classic and luxury vehicle components.
• Negotiate quotations, secure cost‑effective agreements and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels, process purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Verify that purchased items meet quality, authenticity and specification requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience with luxury vehicles, classic cars or restoration projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, spare parts and workshop materials.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with procurement or inventory management systems.
