Autonomous Vehicle Supervisor

About the role

The Autonomous Vehicle Supervisor will oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicles for Tawasul Autonomous, based in Musaffah. The role ensures vehicles perform safely, follow assigned routes, and comply with all regulatory and company standards. It works closely with the Monitoring & Control Center and technical teams to maintain high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle performance and route adherence using real‑time systems.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Monitoring & Control Center.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and document any incidents.
• Support troubleshooting in collaboration with technical teams.
• Communicate operational status to stakeholders and prepare reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of autonomous mobility services.
• Provide training and guidance to operational staff.

Required profile

• Experience in operational supervision, fleet coordination, or daily activity monitoring for transportation or mobility services.
• Knowledge of safety management, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to use real‑time monitoring systems and interpret basic data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and shift‑based on‑site work readiness.
• Familiarity with autonomous or advanced driver‑assistance systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, transportation management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
