AV Technician – Hotel Engineering

About the role

The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking an AV Technician to join its Engineering & Maintenance team in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring the audio‑visual systems across the hotel operate flawlessly, supporting guest experiences and maintaining high technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot audio‑visual equipment in guest areas and event spaces.
• Implement and monitor AV protection lighting systems.
• Interpret building electrical drawings to support installations and repairs.
• Carry out routine equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of relevant AV or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service to guests.
