AVP, Personal Loan Products

About the role

The Assistant Vice President will own the end‑to‑end management of the bank’s Personal Loan and Auto Loan portfolios. This includes shaping product strategy, pricing, growth initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks while delivering a compelling customer proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Design, price, launch and continuously enhance Personal and Auto Loan products.
• Develop and execute growth, revenue and market‑share strategies to meet acquisition targets.
• Monitor portfolio performance, quality metrics and market trends, recommending improvements as needed.
• Lead pricing reviews, business cases for rate changes and promotional campaigns.
• Manage dealer relationships and distribution partnerships for Auto Loans.
• Collaborate with Digital, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance and Sales teams to deliver product initiatives and improve customer journeys.
• Drive digitisation of loan origination and servicing to reduce turnaround times and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Finance.
• 10+ years of relevant banking experience, preferably in personal and auto loan products.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and insight‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, high personal integrity and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
