About the role

The Assistant Vice President will lead the creation and structuring of investment products that support FAB Asset Management’s strategic goals and appeal to target client segments. This role combines product design, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver market‑relevant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop world‑class investment products aligned with FAB AM’s objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end product structuring, including fund design, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate internal teams (legal, compliance, Islamic advisory) and external counsel to ensure legally compliant, market‑ready products.
• Drive efficiency across the product lifecycle, from concept through launch, adhering to governance frameworks.
• Maintain process documentation, trackers, and regulatory readiness.
• Identify and implement improvements to shorten development timelines.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of investment products and fund structures.
• Experience preparing product documentation (strategy, asset allocation, fees).
• Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder coordination, including fund managers, legal, compliance, and Islamic advisors.
• Strong project‑management skills to manage timelines, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Capability to act as central coordinator across all development phases and secure necessary sign‑offs.
• Track record of driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with governance bodies.
