AVP – Product Management & Structuring in Asset Management

About the role

Drive the development of FAB Asset Management's product range across all asset classes, from ideation through launch and post‑launch management. You will own product design, pricing, commercial positioning and lifecycle management, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, client demand and regulatory developments; benchmark competitor products and fee structures.
• Define pricing architecture, model revenue and profitability, and ensure commercial viability.
• Design product propositions, mandates, vehicles, share classes, currency and hedging structures.
• Build business cases, manage product pipeline and multi‑year roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Support sales teams on RFPs, due‑diligence questionnaires and client proposals.
• Monitor product performance, drive rationalisation, repositioning, mergers or closures.
• Act as design authority, coordinating with Investments, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology and external counsel.
• Maintain awareness of ADGM and CMA regulatory frameworks and report on pipeline and pricing.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in product development, management or strategy within asset management or regulated financial services.
• Hands‑on experience analysing markets, client demand and competitor ranges.
• Solid understanding of investment products, strategies and vehicle structures across all asset classes.
• Proven ability to respond to RFPs and due‑diligence questionnaires with high‑quality written English.
• Working knowledge of relevant regulatory environments and ability to lead multi‑stakeholder workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; CFA, CAIA or similar qualifications are advantageous.

Required skills

• Analytical rigour and commercial judgement.
• Experience with fee structure design and product profitability modelling.
• Familiarity with ADGM and CMA regulatory frameworks (preferred).
