Away-From-Home Sales & Marketing Internship (6+ months)

About the role

The Away-From-Home channel is a key growth focus for Kraft Heinz. This internship supports the Gulf and Africa sales and marketing team to expand distribution, brand partnerships, and visibility across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Chef Alliance partnership with Dubai College of Tourism, coordinating kitchen space, student involvement, and collaborative events.
• Drive culinary training and customer engagement calendar with Chef Ahmad, preparing market‑aligned training materials.
• Create sales tools, product catalogues, and NPD brochures.
• Propose, organise, and analyse trade events to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate on POSM implementation and maintain a country‑by‑account tracker.
• Conduct weekly market visits for customer scouting, menu review, and portfolio gap analysis.
• Analyse monthly sales data to track customer gain/loss and build a regain pipeline.
• Research local food trends, identify opportunities, and assist in new recipe development.
• Support project management for QSR initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• Recent or soon‑to‑be completed university degree or equivalent.
