Azure Infrastructure Senior Manager

About the role

As the Azure Infrastructure Senior Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, management, and monitoring of all Azure‑based systems and solutions. You will ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, and Information Security standards while leading Azure operations and a dedicated technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Azure engineers, handling hiring, mentoring and performance management.
• Oversee and optimise the organisation’s Azure environment, including workloads, DevOps, DevSecOps, SaaS and Databricks.
• Plan, lead and deliver Azure infrastructure projects within budget, timelines and quality standards.
• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Azure‑based services.
• Architect, deploy and operate PaaS and related Azure infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities and risks across Azure environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and ITIL certification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Azure administration and infrastructure.
• Proven experience with Azure ARM, Azure AD, virtual networks and cloud security.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell and automation tools.
