B2B Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist

About the role

Quantum Talent Group is seeking a hands‑on B2B Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist to own and elevate its digital presence across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider region. You will be responsible for reshaping the brand, driving lead generation, and creating compelling technology‑focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and build a modern website that positions Quantum as a technology staffing and delivery partner.
• Refresh visual identity, messaging and digital assets to create a technology‑led brand.
• Manage the LinkedIn presence with content on technology, projects, market intelligence and specialist capabilities.
• Develop credible content in AI & Data, Cloud & Platform, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering and Digital Transformation.
• Transform successful client projects into anonymised case studies and capability stories.
• Create strong digital collateral for services, delivery models and specialist contractor networks.
• Design targeted B2B outreach campaigns for CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, Data/AI leaders and procurement decision‑makers.
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, website content and campaigns.
• Produce sales enablement materials such as capability decks, proposals and one‑pagers.
• Monitor analytics and SEO to grow relevant traffic and measure campaign performance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives personally rather than delegating strategy alone.
• Experience in B2B technology marketing, website design/build, LinkedIn management, content creation and brand development.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, email outreach, SEO and analytics.
