B2B Sales Assistant – Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

About the role

We are expanding our outbound commercial team and need a driven B2B Sales Assistant to generate new business for accounting, bookkeeping, tax and compliance services. You will work remotely, contacting prospects and qualifying leads for senior commercial staff.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to new prospective clients daily.
• Identify and reach decision‑makers such as business owners, CFOs and finance managers.
• Qualify leads quickly and pass them to senior commercial staff.
• Log all calls and outcomes accurately in our CRM.
• Follow up via WhatsApp and email to keep leads warm.
• Consistently hit daily and weekly call and lead‑generation targets.
• Build and expand a contact list of prospects needing accounting, bookkeeping, tax or compliance services.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales or lead generation.
• Confident, energetic phone manner and comfortable with cold calling.
• Highly target‑driven, persistent and resilient to rejection.
• Strong spoken English.
• Comfortable with repetitive, high‑volume daily activity.
