B2B Sales Executive – Tyres

About the role

The B2B Sales Executive will drive sales growth and ensure high customer satisfaction within the tyre, battery and lubricant market. Reporting to the after‑sales department, you will build strong relationships with wholesalers, dealers and fleet customers while meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with tyre wholesalers, dealers and fleet customers.
• Identify and acquire new institutional and fleet customers for truck and bus radial (TBR) tyres.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for tyres and related products.
• Collect payments in line with approved credit terms.
• Monitor market prices, competitor activity and customer demand.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of service.
• Coordinate with the After‑Sales Service Team to resolve warranty claims and disputes.
• Prepare regular sales, visit and customer documentation reports.
• Present value‑based solutions using Cost Per Kilometer (CPK) methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in the tyre, battery & lubricant sector.
• Strong knowledge of CPK‑based selling.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
