B2B Sales Products Officer

About the role

Etihad is looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented B2B Sales Products Officer to support the growth and effectiveness of its B2B Sales Products & Programs function. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to implement, maintain and improve sales products, pricing models and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pricing and incentive models to ensure competitive product offerings.
• Support development and rollout of B2B sales products and programs, including specialty segments.
• Maintain internal and external sales support inboxes and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Administer and keep customer and sales data accurate in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Generate and analyse sales performance, customer and program reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance commercial decision‑making and sales effectiveness.
• Act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, advising on products, programs and policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep sales policies and communications up‑to‑date.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives for sales processes, reporting and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales support or a field‑sales environment.
• Proven analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
