Backend Developer - Gaming Technology

About the role

Seyran Digital is looking for a Backend Developer to join its gaming technology team in Dubai. The full-time position focuses on designing, building and scaling robust backend services, APIs and cloud infrastructure to support high-traffic gaming platforms. The successful candidate works with engineering, QA and product teams to optimise performance, implement microservices, manage cloud deployments and ensure secure, reliable data processing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance backend services, microservices and RESTful APIs using Golang, Node.js and NestJS
• Integrate server-side functionality and API workflows using Next.js
• Deploy, scale and monitor cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Manage database operations across PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis
• Take part in code reviews, enforce API security standards and help improve backend architecture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience in backend development
• Experience with gaming platforms is an advantage
