Backend Software Engineer Project Intern (Corporate Service System)

About the role

As a Backend Software Engineer Project Intern you will work on short‑term projects within the Corporate Service System team, gaining hands‑on experience in building and maintaining backend services for internal staff tools. The internship lasts at least three months and offers a fast‑paced, real‑world environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing and deployment of backend software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and QA to deliver high‑quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions and performance optimisation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Java, C++ or Python.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software development principles.
• Experience with version control (Git), databases (SQL or NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn.
