Bakery Manager

About the role

K.M. Trading Group is seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to lead bakery production and operations across its branch network in the UAE. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, controlling costs, and driving sales through effective planning and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end bakery production, ensuring consistent quality, freshness and timely delivery to all branches.
• Plan daily production based on branch requirements, sales trends and customer demand.
• Supervise, develop and schedule the bakery production team.
• Monitor production costs, wastage, raw‑material usage and overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with purchasing to secure quality raw materials and maintain stock levels.
• Develop new bakery products and recipes in line with market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery production or management.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑branch bakery operations and lead teams.
• Strong understanding of production costing, wastage control and profitability.
• Experience in a supermarket, hypermarket or central bakery environment is an advantage.
