Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager will lead and drive strategic Bancatakaful partnerships across ADIB Group entities and external B2B distribution channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation and development of strategic Bancatakaful distribution opportunities across ADIB Group entities and external B2B partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnership arrangements, commercial terms, service levels and operational requirements.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to support retail banking and Bancatakaful growth objectives, including market analysis and new business models.
• Own performance management framework, monitor KPIs, conduct business reviews and drive corrective actions to achieve revenue and customer experience targets.
• Provide market research, competitor benchmarking and product insights to enhance offerings and support continuous improvement.
• Drive sales enablement initiatives, partner engagement programs and development of sales tools and training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in banking, bancassurance, takaful, insurance or financial services with proven partnership and business development track record.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and decision‑making capabilities, and experience in project management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
