Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager will lead and drive Bancatakaful partnerships across ADIB Group entities and external B2B distribution channels. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, generating sustainable revenue growth, and expanding distribution capabilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop strategic Bancatakaful distribution opportunities across internal and external partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, commercial terms, service levels and operational requirements.
• Integrate and optimise Bancatakaful products across multiple customer segments, channels and digital touchpoints.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs, conduct business reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Lead market research, competitor benchmarking and provide insights for product and partnership development.
• Support sales enablement initiatives, develop training materials and drive partner engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in banking, bancassurance, takaful, insurance or financial services with proven partnership management success.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking practices, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, manage performance and execute strategic plans.
