About the role

The BandF Support Expert – Wet Deck role at W Hotels in Dubai ensures smooth food‑and‑beverage operations by providing hands‑on assistance across the service area. You will work closely with kitchen and floor teams to create a seamless, memorable experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish service supplies.
• Clean work areas and maintain hygiene standards throughout the wet deck.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Navigate sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces safely while on your feet for extended periods.
• Read and verify menu information accurately.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and uniform standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and bend for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented hospitality setting.
