Banking Specialist – Emiratized Role

About the role

Support the Area Manager and Relationship Managers to grow the assigned portfolio across defined geographical markets, focusing on service and customer support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with process owners and internal stakeholders to monitor NPS and achieve benchmark scores.
• Support KYC project implementation and ensure onboarding cases meet TAT/SLA.
• Handle inbound customer calls, resolve complaints, and respond to AML alerts within timelines.
• Coordinate issuance of liability letters, high‑value cash withdrawals, foreign currency drafts, and special cheque clearing.
• Analyse new applications, verify supporting documents, and perform data entry in onboarding systems.
• Assist teams in opening new accounts and conduct document audits for compliance.
• Develop monthly performance and ad‑hoc reports for management.
• Identify process issues, propose improvements, and drive root‑cause analysis to enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 3 years of relevant local market experience in retail banking products and services.
• Strong background in compliance, operations, product, or sales governance.
• Customer‑obsessed, change‑focused pragmatist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated process‑excellence mindset and commitment to delivering high‑quality customer experience.
