Banking Specialist

About the role

The Banking Specialist will oversee IFZA's banking solutions and manage the corporate account opening process for our clients. You will act as the primary liaison between IFZA, its clients, and banking partners to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IFZA banking solutions and the client account opening workflow.
• Understand and apply the specific requirements of UAE banks for corporate accounts.
• Provide fast, efficient assistance to clients throughout the banking onboarding process.
• Liaise with the Banking Onboarding Specialist to align business banking and insurance needs.
• Create and implement policies and procedures for account opening and insurance enrollment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing IFZA banking partners.
• Facilitate communication between banks and clients, arrange meetings, and resolve issues.
• Attend routine bank meetings to assess offers and gather feedback.
• Support the continuous improvement of IFZA’s banking knowledge and competence.

Required profile

• Full English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Intermediate computer literacy, especially MS Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in a multinational environment and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of corporate banking products, bank compliance, AML regulations, and UAE operational policies.
• Tertiary education in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Banking Relationship Management, preferably with multiple UAE banks.
