About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Banquets Waitress you will brighten guests’ days, delivering memorable food and beverage experiences in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make each meal special.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized food service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
