About the role
Bar Manager – Sirene by GAIA is looking to hire an experienced Bar Manager to join their team in J1, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bar team in a high‑end hospitality environment.
- Oversee bar operations, stock control and beverage cost management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role within a high‑end hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills, including experience with VIP clientele.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
