Bar Manager – IndoPersian Restaurant

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Bar Manager for its IndoPersian Restaurant, responsible for leading the bar team and ensuring premium service within a luxury integrated resort slated to open in 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards and morale.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop new cocktails and update menus.
• Handle escalated guest complaints promptly to preserve guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive bartending and bar‑management experience in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Expert knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, premium spirits and current beverage trends.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, ordering and par levels efficiently.
• Strong customer‑service skills with a track record of resolving guest concerns.
• Formal bartending certification or recognized hospitality management training preferred.
