Bar Manager (Lebanese)

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE, is looking for a Lebanese‑style Bar Manager to lead its bar operations. The role involves overseeing daily service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the resort’s vibrant Food & Beverage offering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the bar team to ensure excellent service and morale.
• Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations and take corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop new cocktails and refresh beverage menus in line with trends.
• Handle escalated guest complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Prepare beverages accurately according to recipes and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked bar and ensure proper identification checks.
• Accurately charge customers, present bills and process payments.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in bartending and bar management within upscale or luxury hospitality venues.
• Proven ability to lead teams and oversee all aspects of bar operations.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, premium spirits, wine and current beverage trends.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
