Bar Manager – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Bar Manager will lead the daily operations of the Karma by Budha Bar in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitable performance. This role oversees service standards, team leadership, and compliance with hotel and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, staff scheduling, and duty allocation to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor beverage sales, revenue, profitability and control costs, wastage and breakages.
• Maintain inventory, conduct monthly stocktakes, and oversee receiving, storage and rotation of beverages.
• Develop cocktail menus, promotions and new beverage offerings while driving upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety and responsible service regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, food & beverage management or related field.
• 3–5 years of bar operation experience with supervisory or managerial responsibility in a hotel, resort or high‑volume bar.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, spirits and bar service techniques.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and maintain high team morale in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience in beverage cost control and inventory management.
• Ability to analyse sales data and generate revenue‑driving strategies.
