Bar Team Leader – Hidden Bar

About the role

The Bar Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the Hidden Bar at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, ensuring premium guest experiences and driving beverage revenue. Reporting to the Assistant Beverage Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador, leveraging your passion for gin and spirits to elevate service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Hidden Bar team during service, maintaining Rosewood and LQA standards.
• Drive beverage sales through expert recommendations, upselling, and promotion of gin, spirits, and digestifs.
• Build strong guest relationships and develop loyalty programmes.
• Manage inventory, stock control, spoilage monitoring, and beverage requisitions.
• Deliver gin and spirits education sessions for bar and front‑of‑house teams in partnership with suppliers.
• Support beverage menu development, promotions, and revenue initiatives alongside the Assistant Beverage Manager.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in a premium bar, luxury hotel, or upscale beverage‑focused venue.
• Passion for gin, spirits, mixology and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong team leadership and coaching abilities.
