About the role

Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with a friendly attitude and proactive service.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following standardized recipes and guest preferences.
- Learn and master all menu items and specials to assist guests confidently.
- Take orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and serve promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
