About the role
The Barista will be part of the Guest Service team at Aloft Dubai, delivering memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. This full‑time, on‑site role involves direct interaction with customers and coordination with kitchen staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service, setting tables and serving guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and supplies.
- Handle menu items, verify information, and ensure accurate transactions.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
