Barista

About the role

Kasumigaseki Property Development, a new real estate developer in Dubai building premium residential communities, is looking for a friendly, professional and service-oriented Barista. The role prepares high-quality coffee and beverages for employees, clients and visitors and keeps the pantry welcoming and well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages to employees, clients and visitors.
• Ensure beverage quality, presentation and consistency meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station, pantry and equipment.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide efficient, professional service.
• Monitor stock levels for coffee, milk, syrups and disposables and report replenishment needs.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health-and-safety standards at all times.
• Care for coffee equipment and carry out basic cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Support meeting-room hospitality, including beverage preparation and setup, and assist with other office hospitality duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service or Barista training is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods and to work independently and as part of an office support team.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, espresso machines and basic latte art.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and welcoming manner.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation and detail.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
