About the role

Master your coffee craft on an international stage by joining the elite beverage and lounge teams inside Dubai’s premier 5‑star luxury hotels, specialty cafés, and resort venues. You will represent leading hotel brands and premier dining establishments, delivering artisanal coffee experiences to high‑profile international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare classic espresso drinks, single‑origin pour‑overs, and specialty cold brews to exact recipe standards.
• Steam and texture milk to micro‑foam consistency, creating free‑pour latte art.
• Calibrate espresso grinders daily, adjusting grind size, dose, and extraction time.
• Engage warmly with guests, explain coffee origins, and manage POS transactions.
• Maintain and sanitize espresso machines, grinders, and brew bars in line with UAE regulations and 5‑star hotel hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Must be 18+ years old and hold a valid South African passport.
• Proven professional experience as a Barista in 5‑star hotels, specialty coffee houses, or high‑volume premium cafés.
• Flawless spoken English with a warm, engaging personality suitable for luxury hospitality.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate full‑time to Dubai, UAE.
