About the role

Join the Mina Brasserie team at Four Seasons Dubai DIFC as a Barista, delivering high-quality coffee and beverage service in a luxury hotel environment. You will work in a dynamic lounge setting, interacting with guests and collaborating with the lounge team to ensure an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, regularly sanitising equipment, utensils and surfaces.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering personalised recommendations based on their preferences.
• Collaborate with the lounge team to sustain an efficient service environment and high guest satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee preparation techniques, beverage recipes and presentation styles.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a barista, preferably in a high-end hotel or fine-dining setting.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee and cold brew.
• Basic knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Exceptional customer-service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for the food-and-beverage industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
