Barista, Waitstaff & Supervisor positions – Al Ain

About the role

Finisya Hospitality Solutions is expanding its team in Al Ain and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals. Open positions include Barista, Head Barista, Waitress, Senior Waitress and Supervisor. All roles are full‑time and based onsite in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages while maintaining equipment cleanliness.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the service area.
• Supervise and coach junior staff, monitor service quality and resolve guest issues.

Required profile

• Relevant hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
