About the role
Our client, a well‑established restaurant group with award‑winning venues in Dubai, is seeking experienced bartenders to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality beverage service while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails and present bar menus.
- Check customers’ identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar environment.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Required profile
- Proven working experience as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
